Faulty and incorrect goods form

With returns for either incorrect goods sent or faulty items please download the Faults form here.

Please send an email before returning to: info@fundepot.co.uk, explaining why you’re returning, and that we know you’re sending it back to us.

Post your item to Fun Towers, 54 Tulketh Road, Ashton-on-Ribble, Preston, PR2 1AQ.

We strongly suggest that you return all items via registered post with the correct insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.

Faulty Items

If you have received a Faulty item, or your item has a suspect manufacturing fault.

If your item is below 3kg, and not a bulky item or over £8, postage costs to return it yourself i.e clothing please download the Faulty Returns Form and follow the information on the form, if you are unsure please contact us first. Please return it using a registered delivery which has a signature required service.

If your item is above the 3kg in weight or a bulky item that costs more than £8 to return please can you send an email to info@fundepot.co.uk, with your proof of purchase [i.e order number], the full item description including size and colour, the exact location of the fault, and how the fault was first noticed. If you have a couple of images of the faults in question this will help to take an initial assessment of the fault.

We will do our upmost to solve any issue as quick as possible but some returns can take extra time to get hold of the correct parts or when items are sent to be assessed. We will keep you up to date with the progress of your return.
