Can I return an item and how long have I got to return it to you?

We are happy to refund or exchange any item sent direct by us and not by an external supplier if it has been unworn / unused, and is in the same condition as when it was sent. We are only able to do this if we receive the returned item within 10 working days of the delivery of your order mainland UK, 14 days Europe, and 20 days Rest of the World. These return times are for all products sent by us. Return policies may differ if a product is sent from an external supplier. We will get in touch with you if the return time is different to our policy.
 
All Bingo and Raffle products have a 24 Month Warranty on them, apart from the Brass Raffle Drum and the Rock and Roll Bingo packages. The 24 Month Warranty also falls on the Treasure Chest (Open the Box) Game too. Our products are built to last and are thoroughly tested before dispatch. However, we recommend that you test the product before installation.
However should the product fail, please contact us on 01772 333508. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone and the product is within its warranty period then we will repair it free of charge. If you wish, we will take care of the delivery and collection of the product.*

If the Fun Depot product is outside the warranty period, then we will be pleased to repair it for you. We will need the product to be returned to our supplier so we can send you a quote before we carry out any repairs or servicing.

ALL PRODUCTS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL LABELS/SWING TAGS ATTACHED, if a product has no labels when dispatching this will be marked on your packing list.

Returning an item is simple. All you need to do is to print off and complete a Returns Form, or enclose a note inside the return stating your order number, name and what you require us to do i.e refund or exchange. (exchange will incur a postage cost which will be charged at the original postage cost on your order, if this was free postage then this will be charged at £5)
