Fun Boxes FAQ's
Can I put a personalised message in the boxes?
Yes. When adding your Fun Box to the Cart, you have the option on the Fun Box screen to add a message and, if you like, a logo, which will be added to the Postcard of the Fun Box. We can put these in at the packing stage so the recipient knows who has sent it and why.
How do I order multiple boxes?
If you require multiple boxes, you can simply increase the quantity when adding your products to you Cart. Or feel free to get in touch with us direct to discuss your order.
How do I send a bulk order to multiple addresses?
We regularly process orders to multiple addresses. When you've added your quantity to Cart, there is a step at the checkout asking you to send the names and addresses to firstname.lastname@example.org with all the names and addresses of each recipient.
Can I swap or add additional items?
If you require multiple boxes we can add additional items or swap items to create your perfect bespoke Fun Box. This can include branded items provided by yourself or just a simple swap. This includes vegetarian, vegan and non alcoholic options.
A number of Fun Boxes also have additional items that can be selected if you wish, before adding the Fun Box to the Cart.
Is it possible to include branded items in the Fun Boxes?
Absolutely. If you require particular items branded we can arrange this for you. Please note there is a minimum order quantity dependant on the item you choose. Alternatively, if you have your own branded items you wish to include you can send them direct to our warehouse for us to include in your Fun Boxes. Get in touch to discuss either of these options.
How long is the lead time for my order being delivered?
We aim to pack and send the order from our warehouse as soon as possible but please allow 7-10 days.
I need the order for a specific date, can you help?
Just let us know the date and what you are looking for and we can check for you. Please do let us now if you are working to a specific delivery date before placing your order.
If I am looking for something to send out regularly, can you help?
We certainly can. In January 2021, we are launching our subscription Fun Boxes which are ideal for team rewards and family gifts.
How will my order arrive?
Each Fun Box arrives in an exciting bright posting bag to keep it in perfect condition. Opening the Fun Box will show the purpose card in the lid and the contents wrapped in bright tissue paper and colourful sprinkled packaging.
Can food items be swapped if someone has allergies?
We can swap or remove any items from the boxes. Please speak to one of The Fun Experts team.
Do I need to pay extra for delivery?
No! We've kept it simple so the price for every product on our site includes delivery anywhere in the UK. For delivery outside of this just get in touch and we can send you a quote.
Can you add branding to items?
Yes we can. If you let us know the items you are looking at we are happy to discuss the branding options available.
Can I fast track my delivery?
Yes this is available on some items dependent on availability and the products you require.
Can I hire some of the products rather than buying them?
We are able to provide this through our sister website www.thefunexperts.co.uk where you can choose from the hundreds of fun products available to hire.
